DEPOSIT
Online bidders are required to lodge a deposit of £100 prior to bidding. Deposits will be credited against any online purchases. Unused balances will be refunded after the sale. Note that refunds may take up to 5 days from the close of the sale.

LERWICK Online Friday Pony Auction. this year these 2 Auctions have been linked as one when it comes to registering to bid, so when you register and leave your deposit of £100 this will allow you to Bid into the Timed Auction of Tack and Studbooks etc.. and also the Friday Pony Auction.

BUYERS PREMIUM

A 2.5% Buyers Premium + VAT (minimum 2 pounds per lot, maximum 100 pounds per lot) will be added to the bid price. Plus an additional 2% + Vat @ 20% for all lots purchased through the online bidding system. (Unless otherwise stated)

CONTRACTS 

All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.

VAT Status will be displayed per individual lot

ONLINE BIDDING 

The person posting the bids online has to be the person who has registered for the auction.

While all reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable online experience, no liability whatsoever can be accepted for any loss of the service or the ability to bid.
